Return Policy
- Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, returns are accepted only for materials shipped in error or materials that arrive visibly damaged.
- Claims for shipping errors or damage must be reported within a reasonable period of receipt.
- Opened or partially used materials are not eligible for return.
- FedPeps will evaluate eligible claims on a case-by-case basis and may issue replacement or credit at its discretion.
